Obviously, this depends on how much you have to say and how far it Must be seen. use high visibility colors and remember that each 1 inch of letter height creates Maximum visibility up to 10 feet away; ie 8 inch text is visible at 80 feet.
Q. What colors should my sign use?

Most visible colors are contrasting light on dark or vice versa. High visibility combinations are yellow, red, white and black. Remember that local zoning and Landlords dictate how many and which colors can be used.
